Clients who are enrolled in the Journey, Applewood, Cabin Mountain or Community Integration are afforded the opportunity to work in a culinary field, should they choose. They receive training on everything from dishwashing to menu creation. Matt and Angie teach each employee the skills needed to successfully deliver a quality product to the public.

Entrusting the clients to operate and run the kitchen of a successful restaurant can seem risky, but it offers great rewards. Clients learn how to function as a member of a team in chaotic and stressful situations.  Aside from hard work, there is a great deal of fun and learning when your part of a team!
